LADS Africa successfully conducted an intensive Program-Based Budgeting Training for Local Authorities at the Harare Institute of Technology from November 4th to 12th. The event was a great success, offering participants valuable insights and hands-on knowledge. The training sessions were both engaging and informative, equipping local authorities with the essential tools and skills for effective budget planning and management.
