These are organisations that have defined LADS Africa .LADS Africa is a start-up under the Harare Institute of Technology, which is a state university under the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education. LADS Africa works closely with the Local government and public works in transforming Zimbabwean local authorities.The government arms help in giving us policy direction.
